About Me

I'm Victoria Stanley, founder of Harper Vale. For over 16 years I've partnered with leaders across demanding industries to build people systems, strengthen cultures, and drive results that go beyond the HR department.

My HR career spans construction, manufacturing, cannabis, retail, and start-up environments. That cross-sector experience gives me a perspective most HR consultants simply don't have. I've built HR functions from the ground up, led people strategy aligned to $200M+ growth targets, and delivered results that go far beyond the HR department.

Before HR, I spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector in program, volunteer, and executive leadership roles. That foundation shaped how I think about people, mission, and culture in ways a traditional HR career path never could.

I launched Harper Vale because I kept seeing the same problem: organizations struggling not because their people weren't capable, but because HR never had the strategic support it needed to lead. I built Harper Vale to change that.

Outside of work I'm a mom who started a cotton candy business with my sister to create an opportunity for my son, and somehow never stopped building. I proudly serve on the Board of Journey of Hope, a nonprofit empowering pregnant women in crisis. I also love to travel and spend time with family and friends. They keep me grounded in everything I do.
